Returns

Providing the goods are genuinely faulty Hair Today Gone Tomorrow will credit
you in full for the goods. If Hair Today Gone Tomorrow can demonstrate that the goods were not faulty when received by you, Hair Today Gone Tomorrow reserves the right to claim the cost of such return postage from you. For hygiene reasons we can not accept goods that have been used and are no longer wanted.
All returns should be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of your
goods. The goods should be returned in their original condition and
packaging. Please note all parcels must be sent back using registered
post. Hair Today Gone Tomorrow will not accept responsibility for lost goods.
Hair Today Gone Tomorrow reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange
if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged or tampered with.

Defects

Epila and TimePeel are covered under a one year manufacturers warranty. If within 1 year either item stops working, it can be returned for exchange or repair. The postage associated with returning and receiving back the item will be at the purchasers expense.
